RDT Local Guide | Paris

The swedish RDT founder David Andersson Sahlin, has lived in Paris for more than four years. His path has furthermore taken him through the cultural landscapes of Florence, Oslo, Stockholm, and most recently, Copenhagen, where he lives and works with his brand. Each city has played an important role in shaping David´s life and has become the foundation of his creative inspiration, and especially Paris holds a special place in his heart. Join us as we explore the city trough the eyes of a local.  

 

“The bar Rosa Bonheur is located in one of my favorite parks in Paris, Buttes Chaumont. The park is not so known to tourists, but it’s the perfect place to go for a walk during the weekend”.  

“It's not very often that I go to Rive Gauche, but when I do, it's usually for a weekend stroll through Jardin Luxembourg, a visit to Le Bon Marché, and ending the day with a glass of wine and some cheese at the charming old artist café, La Palette”. 

 

“If you haven’t been to Palais de Tokyo before, you must plan a visit during your next trip to Paris. This museum always has interesting exhibitions, and the building itself, along with its location, is amazing. You´ll also have a fantastic view of the Eiffel tower from the museum”  

 

“I used to often visit Alain at Chez Alain Miam Miam and get one of his sandwiches during lunch breaks when I lived in Paris. He's a fantastic person, and makes the best sandwiches”
