We process and ship your order within our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm (excluding public holidays). All orders are shipped the same day, if possible. Orders are sent with GLS or Postnord, depending on what you choose.
During periods of bustle, such as up to Christmas and during sales and Black Friday, it can take up to 4 days from you placing your order until we ship it.
We want to give you the very best service, and will do everything to be able to deliver day to day.
Our packages are picked up daily between 2pm and 3pm.
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link will only become active once the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment.

Unfortunately, you can not. We do not accept personal inquiries, either regarding pick-ups, returns or exchanges.
You must notify us if that you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase. In addition, you then have 14 days to send the purchase back. You will not receive a return number or return label and the return will be at your own expense.

The item must be in the same condition as upon receipt. All price tags and stickers must be intact. If the above is not complied with, we will make an assessment of whether the item has lost value - and if this is the case, it will then be set off against the return amount.
When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice or a return slip, on which you can note the reason for your return. In the event of exchange, please write which size you are interested in (we are happy to exchange if stock is available).

We strive to handle your return as soon as possible. Under normal circumstances, within 2-4 days from we receive your return until we actually handle it.
After this, it can take up to 30 days before the amount is returned to your account. This depends on your bank or card provider. All refunds goes via the same means of payment that you used at the time of the purchase.
