• When will my order be shipped?

We process and ship your order during our normal opening hours - Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 15:00 (except on holidays). All orders are shipped the same day, if possible. Orders are shipped with GLS or Postnord, depending on your choice.

• When and how can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. This link will only become active once the carrier has picked up and scanned your shipment.

• Can I pick up my order at your address?

Unfortunately, you cannot do that. We do not accept personal inquiries, neither regarding pickups, returns, nor exchanges.
